registration guidelines

  • Our online registration system allows you to complete all the required forms online. With your online account, you’ll also be able to view your balance and camp registrations and check out photos during the summer.

  • Access registration here.

  • JCC Members can select an installment plan when registering online.

  • Families returning from 2018 or 2019 will use the same log-in information to access their account.

  • In-person assistance is available in the Youth and Camping Office during business hours. Please call 210-302-6859 to make an appointment.

JCC Members receive the greatest savings when registering before March 27, 2020! Registrations submitted after March 27 will be accepted on a space-available basis and will not be eligible for the Early Bird Rates. Some camps have limited spaces and many fill to capacity.

In order to register for camp at a member rate and to receive priority registration, JCC Members must be in good standing throughout the duration of the camp registration, and the camper(s) must be included in the membership unit. Registrations will be accepted as long as there are no outstanding balances on your current or past JCC account.

Camp registration opens to the community on April 1. Payment in full is required at the time of registration for Non-Members. $75 of each camper’s total is non-refundable.

The American Camp Association and the State of Texas require that all campers must have an up-to-date medical form (which does not require a doctor’s signature) on file before attending any camp. J-Camp requires this information, including shot record and insurance information, to be complete by May 1 in the online registration system.

A fee of $40 per camper will be charged for each camp registration that is changed or dropped following initial registration. To drop or change a camp, parents must submit a request in writing; requests over the phone will not be accepted.

Important Note for Members: If transferring to an alternate camp after March 27, the rate paid for the original camp will be credited and the regular member rate will be charged for the alternate, in addition to a $40 change fee. Any camps added after March 27 will be charged at the regular member rate.

  • A non-refundable deposit of $75/camper is due at the time of registration.

  • JCC Members have the option of paying for camp through installments of three equal payments due May 1, June 1, and July 1. Installments must be paid by credit card.

  • Members of the community must pay in full at the time of registration.

  • The JCC reserves the right to cancel or change a camp due to low enrollment.

  • Late Registration: A fee of $40 will be added to registrations received within two business days prior to the camp start date.

  • $75 of each camper’s total summer fees is non-refundable

  • $40 will be charged for each camp dropped as a cancelation fee

  • Refunds will only be issued when notice of cancelation is provided in writing by the following dates:

  • May 15 for all camps Week 1-6

  • June 12 for all camps Weeks 7-13

  • After the above dates, no refunds or credits will be issued.

My son walked away wanting more! He has attended other camps, but the JCC by far, met his needs and helped him grow."
